a diverse family operation with a mission to create a robust forage based biodynamic platform to nourish the animal, fruit, vegetable and grain products produced on our farm.  Our goal continues further to convert the resources produced on our farm into high quality nutrient dense food products to serve our local community.  As a family, we are dedicated to continual education through wisdom improvement by applying current best practices with cost effective planning and implementation of refined animal husbandry and field techniques. 

 

Our children are involved and trained in our trades and contribute meaningful work daily.  As the seasons change, so do their and our responsibilities of care and stewardship.  Each child has their own gifts to contribute to the family and has an area of specialty they are encouraged to focus on and excel in.

 

SCOFF is the culmination of decades of preparation and work on a small scale finally receiving an opportunity to apply the practiced skills to a large scale in 2006.
