  • Is the market open year-round?
    Currently, the market is open every Saturday from late June, through early October, from 10am-1pm. Except during the first weekend in August, when the market operates on a delayed start, after the Hall of Fame Parade, from 12-3pm. Check back this fall, as the market is seeking an indoor location for the cold weather months, to extend its season, year-round. NOTE: The market will close early if an inclement weather warning is in effect.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Yes, non-aggressive pets on a short leash, that are cleaned up after, are welcome to join the market.
  • How do I become a vendor?
    Local farmers, growers, makers and bakers are welcome to complete the Vendor Application, for all dates of interest. Vendor Applications are located on the VENDOR tab of the website.
  • How do I become a sponsor?
    The market offers sponsorship packages for all budgets. Visit our SPONSOR tab for more details and the application. Thank you for your consideration! Local non-profits are welcome to apply as COMMUNITY PARTNERS.
  • Are there restrooms?
    Yes, the restrooms located one block east, near Centennial Plaza, are open during market hours.
  • What happens if it rains?
    ☀️The market will be open rain or shine, however for the safety of all, we will close early if an inclement weather warning occurs in 44702, during market hours.🌩
  • Are food & beverages available?
    Yes, the market hosts vendors that offer hot and cold beverages and donuts. Fromage de Monde Cheese & Wine Shop is located within the market's footprint, offering a brunch/lunch menu and alcoholic beverages. If you'd like to shop the market with your beverage, ask for it in a DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area) cup. Plus, within blocks of the market, downtown is home to a number of delicious eateries, coffee shops & bars.
  • Is there an ATM on site?
    No, but there is one a block away at 2 Scoopz Ice Cream, on 5th St NW & Court Ave.
  • Is SNAP/EBT, Produce Perks, WIC, TANF & Senior Nutrition Vouchers accepted at the market?
    Yes! Visit the Know Your Roots WELCOME CENTER to swipe your EBT card for SNAP tokens, with up to a $25 Produce Perks match, that can be spent with eligible vendors. WIC & TANF vouchers can be spent directly with vendors that offer eligible products. Senior Nutrition cards can also be swiped at the Know Your Roots WELCOME CENTER, for tokens to be used throughout the market on eligible products.
  • Where should I park?
    The Eric Snow YMCA offers free parking in their lot which is attached to the market. Plus, all on street parking is free on Saturdays and there are many nearby free parking lots.
